JOB PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for Developing dashboards, reports, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for Developing dashboards, reports, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist in designing and maintaining the organization’s structure, including reporting lines, department functions, and organizational charts.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to manpower planning, Saudization, headcount, and organizational metrics.
  • Analyse organizational data and trends to support HR transformation projects and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations and reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders, highlighting OD insights, KPIs, and structural updates.
  • Develop tools, guidelines, and manuals (e.g., performance cycle guides, employee handbook) to support consistent HR practice across the organization.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure job descriptions are updated and aligned with structure, responsibilities, and job evaluation frameworks.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data and reports, working closely with HRIS and IT teams to automate and enhance reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of a competency framework aligned with organizational needs, roles, and future capabilities.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives by providing structural assessments, pulse analysis, and data-backed recommendations.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by tracking relevant KPIs and supporting structural alignment to ensure equal opportunity across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in OD, or similar role. (1 – 2 years)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word).
  • Strong written and verbal & communication skills Fluent in Arabic & English.
