Job description

About the job:
The role holder will help our clients develop and confirm the most suitable and inclusive travel plans for our mutual guests by answering product and service questions, booking flights, tours, and hotels, and suggesting suitable enhancements from our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the request process from the initial enquiry to payment, service delivery, and beyond.
  2. Liaise directly with the country GSA/Representatives if required.
  3. Identify product or service shortfalls relevant to your source markets.
  4. Resolve agent queries and questions, aiming for total customer satisfaction.
  5. Provide relevant destination and cultural information.
  6. Book and, if required, amend all elements of the tour package according to our rules and regulations.
  7. Complete necessary project operation documentation.
  8. Alert the Senior Team Leader/Assistant Manager, Reservations, of any issues or concerns that require escalation.
  9. Maintain the confidentiality of customer data in compliance with all applicable regulations.
  10. Adhere to work and accommodate business requests, including flexible locations and working hours.
  11. Achieve the conversion and revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Perform other related duties as required.
  13. Carry out all job responsibilities in Italian and English.

Profile Requirements:

  1. Experience in a Customer Service/Sales Centre scenario within the hospitality, tourism industry, or a related role.
  2. Strong comprehension skills.
  3. Knowledge of the geography, culture, history, and traditions of Saudi Arabia.
  4. Fluent oral and written communication skills in Italian, English, and native Arabic.
  5. Understanding of English-speaking source countries' cultures, nuances, and travel requirements (e.g., UK, USA, Canada).
  6. Travel experience outside Saudi Arabia is preferred.
  7. Positive and professional attitude and approach to business.
  8. Passion for the travel industry in Saudi Arabia.
  9. Willingness to work shifts and out-of-hours as required.
