Description

The Senior Officer I - Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) Compliance at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia will play a pivotal role in ensuring our commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for all guests and team members. This position involves overseeing the implementation and compliance with HSE policies and regulations in line with best practices.

The Senior Officer will be responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections, managing investigations into incidents, and developing comprehensive reports to communicate findings and proposed improvements to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE compliance programs and policies in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct routine audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and following up on corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on HSE regulations and compliance issues.
  • Facilitate training sessions to promote safe work practices among employees.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze HSE-related data and metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with local authorities and regulatory bodies as necessary.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE compliance within a large organization, strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and certifications in HSE management. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
