About the Role

Are you an expert in card payment technologies with a passion for delivering seamless payment solutions?

In the role you will provide subject matter expertise to support both Technical and Business Teams in implementing and sustaining the Riyadh Air Card Program.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing, supporting the delivery of the Riyadh Air Card enterprise solution, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as Payment Leads, Digital, Loyalty, and Operations.

You will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, convert high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications, and engage with stakeholders to articulate their needs.

Additionally, you will assist in defining program scope, monitor progress, troubleshoot payment-related issues, and provide comprehensive reporting and documentation.

About You

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in card payment applications and technologies, with expertise in card schemes, payment solution architecture, and vendor management.

Strong understanding of card scheme mandates and regulatory compliance, deep analytical and presentation skills, and practical experience in developing and maintaining card payment solutions.
