About the Role:

We are seeking an expert-level ELV/Senior Engineer (BMS Systems) with extensive experience in building management systems. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of electronic low voltage systems, BMS architecture, programming, and integration.

What this job involves:

1. Design, implement, and maintain ELV systems including BMS, IC3, UDC, ACS, PA, Intercom, and Structured Cabling.
2. Develop and configure BMS system architecture, perform DDC programming, and implement integration protocols (BACnet/Modbus).
3. Create and optimize HVAC control logic to ensure efficient building operations.
4. Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
5. Configure and maintain SCADA interfaces, graphical configurations, and manage trend/alarm systems.
6. Integrate BMS with fire alarms, lighting systems, energy meters, and other building systems.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations.
8. Provide technical guidance and support for complex system issues.
9. Document system configurations, modifications, and maintenance activities.

Desired skills and experiences:

1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in ELV/BMS roles.
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering.
3. OEM Certifications (Honeywell EBI, Siemens Desigo, Tridium Niagara, etc.).
4. Experience with Digital Twin, IoT, or smart building platforms.
5. Knowledge of energy management systems and sustainability initiatives.
6. Deep understanding of BMS architecture including controllers, sensors, and devices.

Core Competencies:

1. Expertise in HVAC control and energy efficiency.
2. System integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, KNX).
3. Proficiency in programming DDC/PLC controllers.
4. Experience with OEM platforms such as Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Tridium.
5. Design, configure, and maintain HMI/SCADA interfaces.
6. Knowledge of BMS security protocols and cybersecurity.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
