Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Network Security Consultant - DLP (Symantec) whose duties involve presales and post-sales activities at a high technical level with outstanding quality. Presales activities include solution presentation and proof of concept. Post-sales activities encompass design audit, implementation, integration, and review of network and security solutions. The primary targets are customer satisfaction, professionalism, accuracy, and high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Support team members.
• Lead projects, delivering architectural requirements and supervising deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Execute technical security projects for clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert for information security services.
• Communicate with vendor support organizations and engineers.
• Design security architectures for clients.
• Research innovative solutions for client needs.
• Deliver successful proofs of concept.
• Maintain healthy project statuses.
• Handle customer demands and requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Information Security.
• Experience in IT consulting companies.
• Ability to architect, design, and implement targeted solutions.
• Experience working in large-scale organizations or in IT-vendor environments.
• Deep understanding of technical relations in complex environments.
• Extensive experience with data classification and protection solutions, including Symantec DLP, SMG, CASB, Forcepoint, and BJ; visibility tools is a plus.
• Additional experience with BeyondTrust, F5, Palo Alto, Infoblox, Thales is advantageous.
• Understanding of security concepts and related technologies.
• Strong background in TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching (OSPF, BGP).
• Knowledge of SDN and virtualization.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
• Flexible work approach and goal-oriented mindset.
• Good presentation and communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Structured documentation and diagramming skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and training skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to understand complex business processes.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
