Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for building projects. Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with project specs, standards, safety, budget and schedule, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

You will review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, procure MEP materials, and supervise testing, commissioning and handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Professional Engineering registration or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Plan, organize, monitor and control MEP activities to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate MEP with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing disciplines.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and docs.
• Ensure compliance with specs, local regs, and international standards.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical coordination issues.
• Oversee procurement planning for MEP materials and equipment.
• Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and assist project close-out.
