JOB DESCRIPTIONPrimary Responsibilities:- Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment/products.
- Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, and calibrated.
- Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s)/procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.
- Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.
- Investigate reported Equipment/product Problems/NCRs and initiate corrective action.
- Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending improvements and optimization of existing and future equipment/products.
- Provide information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM/NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.
- Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in NCR investigations.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain good relationships with Clients, Suppliers & ARM/NOV global team members.
- Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.
Education/Qualifications:A degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience Required:- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar field.
