Job description

A leading infrastructure consultancy in the Middle East who are currently working on a number of multi billion dollar projects are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. You will have experience working on large scale infrastructure projects including stormwater, utilities, drainage and portable water.


In this position you will be responsible for advising the Project Management team and client on technical issues and will have proven experience working on wet utility projects. You will be overseeing a team of Mechanical Engineers on site making sure that client specification is being met on time and within budget.


As this role involves client approval you will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  2. 15 years experience in the industry
  3. Previous experience working on infrastructure projects including water, utilities, foul water, clean water and stormwater
  4. You will have previously worked on projects involving wet utility design
  5. You must be from a consultancy background

Prior experience working in the Middle East will be an advantage whilst Chartered Engineer status is preferred.
