Job description

The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Manager and Director in executing marketing initiatives across internal and external channels. This role focuses on implementation—contributing to campaigns, events, content creation, and digital platforms—while ensuring alignment with FGC’s brand strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Execution:

  • Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate timelines, content development, and deliverables across teams and vendors.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to FGC’s brand identity and messaging guidelines.

Event Support:

  • Support in organizing company-hosted activations, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Coordinate logistics, branding elements, content materials, and on-site needs.
  • Contribute to pre-event preparation and post-event reporting.

Website & Newsletter Management:

  • Maintain and update the corporate website with new content and minor revisions.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of newsletters and outbound communication materials.

Social Media & Content Support:

  • Assist in managing FGC’s social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing posts.
  • Contribute content ideas, messaging angles, and creative briefs.
  • Help organize photoshoots, videos, and other content production efforts.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, reports, and shared documentation.
  • Provide daily support to the Marketing Manager and Director on ongoing projects and tasks.

Skills

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • +2 Years of experience in a similar role
  • Preferred experience is to be within agencies (not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns and deep social media understanding
  • Deep social media understanding with a marketing background
  • Strong communication skills
