A leading company in logistics seeks a Marketing Partnerships Manager to drive growth by identifying strategic partnerships and developing marketing strategies. The role requires a bachelor's degree and significant experience in marketing and partnerships, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and executing demand generation.
Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development:
o Identify and cultivate retail/ other strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners for retail network expansion and offering FedEx services to small and medium businesses.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
o Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
• Marketing Strategy:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support revenue growth through new business acquisition
o Create marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.
o Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions to drive awareness and engagement.
o Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to optimize results.
• Demand generation events:
o Plan and execute demand generation events to target small and medium businesses
o Identify opportunities, market segments, industry and geographical clusters to target small and medium businesses
• Product and value proposition enhancements
o Identify customer experience, product and value proposition gaps vs. competition
o Work with cross functional teams to address value proposition gaps, hindering growth
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership success.
o Prepare regular reports on partnership activities and results.
o Provide insights and recommendations for driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition
Skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships and alliances
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Logistics and transportation experience is a plus.
