Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities within the company, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and improve customer engagement. This role encompasses digital marketing, traditional marketing, and overall process enhancement to ensure the effectiveness and integration of all marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Brand Management
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies and templates accordingly.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Traditional Marketing
- Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, catalogues, events, and public relations.
- Manage budgets for both digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Process Enhancement
- Streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and tools for project management and campaign tracking.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance for their professional development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the furniture or design industry.
- Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing strategies and tools.
