A leading company in entertainment is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to enhance marketing strategies for targeted audience segments across events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrated marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across functions. This role involves managing campaigns and budgets to maximize engagement and impact, with a focus on creating tailored offerings that resonate with the audience.
We’re looking for a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to own targeted marketing for specific audience segments across all MDLBEAST events. You will develop personas and audience insights, craft messaging strategies, and translate these into creative briefs and channel plans. You’ll collaborate with teams on pricing, partnerships, and ticketing to create tailored offerings, build marketing funnels, and influence product development. Additionally, you’ll measure campaign results, refine strategies, and manage the segment’s budget to maximize engagement and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the single point of accountability for a specific audience segment across all MDLBEAST events.
Lead the development of audience personas, insights, and both emotional and rational motivators that drive engagement.
Translate audience insights into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, and campaign teams.
Develop segment-specific messaging strategies and multi-channel marketing plans.
Collaborate with pricing, partnerships, and ticketing teams to design offerings tailored to the needs and preferences of the segment.
Map audience insights to a full-funnel marketing approach across relevant events, from awareness to conversion.
Influence product development and brand activations to ensure alignment with segment needs and interests.
Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize the audience strategy.
Oversee and manage the budget allocated to their segment, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI.
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
6-8 years of experience in integrated marketing or consumer brand strategy
Strong grasp of segmentation and marketing funnels
Able to move from high-level strategy to daily execution
Data-literate: able to translate CRM and media insights into actionable strategy
Experience in high-volume campaign rollout
Familiar with how operations and ticketing shape the customer experience
Understand local nuances
Excellent cross-functional communicator
Ability to control budget and find efficiencies
Experience with female brands, luxury brands or high-volume events is a plus
