### About the Role
+ We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Senior Marketing & Events Specialist to join our marketing team at Flow. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing both internal and external events across properties i.e. Narjis & Granada, Riyadh - that align with our brand’s community-driven values. You’ll also support on Marketing initiatives, activities to support multiple functions - including, supporting photography + videography teams for content creation, social and digital teams for campaigns, influencer management, brand and merchandising, and business collaborations and partnerships, You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designer/Creative Director to ensure all events enhance the Flow brand, engage our residents, and promote the community spirit we’re known for As a Senior Marketing &, Events Specialist, you’ll be a key ambassador for Flow’s culture, ensuring that every marketing initiative, activity, and event is a seamless, memorable experience that strengthens our connection with both our internal and external audiences, Whether it’s hosting community-building events for residents, representing Flow at local events, or creating fun brand activations, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping the vibe of our brand.
### Responsibilities
+ Content Creation: Work with the Marketing Director to support content creation through photographers, videographers, content creators and social influencers. Including working with content creators and influencers on curated campaigns and activities.
+ Business Partnerships + Collaborations: Take the lead on partnerships with local brands and outlets to create brand awareness and visibility and support in growing the community.
+ Event Planning & Execution: Take the lead on organizing and executing events, both internal (team-building, employee engagement) and external (community outreach, brand activations, customer engagement events), ensuring they align with Flow’s values and objectives.
+ Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designer/Creative Director to design events that amplify Flow’s branding and messaging.
+ Community Engagement: Develop and implement creative strategies to foster community building both internally (among employees) and externally (with residents, potential residents, and the wider community).
+ Vendor & Partner Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and venues to execute successful events.
+ Budget Management: Oversee the event budget, ensuring that all events are executed within the established budget while maintaining a high standard of quality.
+ Brand Ambassador: Represent Flow at various events and activations, embodying our brand values, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the Flow spirit.
+ Promotional Activities: Work with the Social Media Manager and Creative Director to promote events and activations via social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to drive attendance and engagement.
+ Event Logistics & Coordination: Handle all logistical aspects of event and activation planning, including but not limited to venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual setup, guest lists, and on-site management.
+ Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and make recommendations for future events.
+ Community Building Initiatives: Create fun, engaging, and impactful community events and activations that promote the Flow brand and encourage participation from residents and local partners.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, event planning and coordination, ideally within a marketing or community-focused environment. Experience with residential or lifestyle brands is a plus. Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (Marketing, Creative, Operations). Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, fun ideas that resonate with our community. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences from residents to local partners and stakeholders. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Brand Knowledge: Deep understanding of Flow’s brand ethos and a passion for bringing that spirit to life through events. Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of and respect for the cultural landscape of Saudi Arabia, with the ability to design events that resonate with both local and international audiences. Leadership: Ability to lead and manage projects independently while also being a supportive team player. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with event management software, social media tools, and basic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
