Develop metrics and scorecards to monitor progress of programs.
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the company's strategic priorities mapped to the country. He/she acts as an independent transformation enabler and may manage strategic, cross-functional programs and projects within the country. This includes working collaboratively with the transformation and leadership teams at both corporate and country levels to achieve strategic priorities and identify opportunities for short-term improvements and long-term value creation.
ROLE PROFILE
Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team to define and enhance the country strategy and operational plans across functions.
Translate the strategic plan into actionable, quantitative execution plans aligned with the overall retail business strategy, shaping the transformation agenda.
Establish effective and sustainable milestones for transformational programs, maintaining high standards of program management, and sharing best practices.
Develop program-specific metrics, scorecards, and risk analyses with the Corporate Transformation office to monitor progress and impact, reporting regularly to the leadership teams.
Manage performance reviews of transformational programs and assess their impact.
Identify and contribute to the development of best practices domestically and externally, staying informed about industry and competitor developments, and provide updates to the community.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure a healthy work environment.
Implement the company's performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in a multinational or large corporate environment and/or top-tier consultancy.
5+ years of experience in omni-channel retail preferred.
Extensive experience in program and project management, strategy planning, and business development.
Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and speak publicly.
