Must-Have:

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, specifically within the banking industry
• Extensive background in crafting corporate strategies, strategic plans, and key initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact strategic projects and teams, including the preparation of strategic documentation
• Strong expertise in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
• Skilled in assessing internal and external factors to adapt and refine organizational strategies accordingly
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategic Management, or a closely related field
• Master’s degree in Strategic Management or a relevant discipline is highly desirable
• Professional certifications in strategy or related areas are considered a plus
