Must-Have:

1. 8+ years of experience in QA and software testing, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
2. Deep understanding of SMAX, Micro Focus ALM/QC, Jira & TestRail (Defect Management, Test Execution & Reporting).
3. Proficiency in Testing Lifecycle Management (IAT, UAT, Functional, Performance & Regression Testing).
4. Experience managing QA in DevOps/Agile/Hybrid environments.
5. Proven experience with enterprise banking systems and digital banking platforms.
6. Fluency in Arabic & English languages.

Nice to Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent QA certifications.
3. Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe).
