This role encompasses overseeing project controls across multiple projects, aligning deliverables with our strategic vision.

In this leadership position, you will manage a proficient team of project control analysts while collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ascertain that every aspect of our projects is governed by efficiency and precision. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline;
• At least 9-12 years of extensive experience in project controls, especially in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex project environments effectively.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical skills with a capability to interpret financial data and performance metrics.
• Outstanding communication abilities complemented by strong negotiation skills.
• Mastery of project management software, including scheduling (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and financial tools.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent are highly regarded.
