Job description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Manager – Plumbing and Fire Protection.


Working as part of a single THE LINE organization, this role is accountable for the successful delivery of Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from a design and construction strategy perspective within THE LINE region.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Experience with Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from both consultant and client perspectives; familiarity with approval processes in KSA is an asset.
  2. Experience with super high-rise, complex iconic projects alongside world-class architectural design firms is an asset.
  3. Knowledge of SBC and/or US codes and standards is an asset.
  4. Experience with process mapping and process modeling tools.
  5. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Competence in negotiating with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  9. Flexibility to adapt engagement strategies based on changing circumstances or feedback.
  10. Ability to lead and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
  11. Uphold ethical standards in all stakeholder interactions and communications.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Deliver the Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Strategy, Design, and Construction scope for THE LINE, supporting project goals related to budget, schedule, quality, and sustainability. Be part of the team responsible for delivering multi-disciplinary engineering for THE LINE region.
  2. Lead a team supporting the LINE Design Project Engineering Management teams for regional assets and oversee procurement and management of LINE projects. Collaborate with THE LINE Design in setting Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering strategies.
  3. Maintain overall accountability for the successful delivery of Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering systems across LINE regional assets, regardless of delivery method.
