Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Non-digital Test Services to oversee and enhance our testing initiatives for non-digital products and services. In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the testing strategy, ensuring quality assurance across various projects, and managing a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy & Planning:
    Formulate and enforce comprehensive testing strategies and plans for non-digital projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and processes.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation:
    Identify potential risks within projects and create effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding testing progress and issues, providing clear communication and timely updates.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Drive a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing current testing processes and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

  • +12 years of experience in project and test service delivery, specializing in both waterfall and sprint-based methodologies.
  • Extensive expertise in managing test services for a wide range of applications, including enterprise systems (SAP), entertainment ticketing systems, F&B retail outlets, and digital applications.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with business units (BU), with 3+ years of BU-facing experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to business problem-solving.
  • Up to 10% travel required for the role.
