Job description

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Summary: Mobility is about transport planning, integration of traffic streams, micro-mobility, and roads of different hierarchies in an urban environment. It involves understanding bottlenecks and clashes and developing solutions or critiquing consultants' solutions. An understanding of modeling, including experience in design development or actual urban roads, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safeguard the company from excessive costs, loss of time, and lack of quality in design and execution.
2. Ensure innovation is maintained as a Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
3. Interface effectively with master planners and designers; the company does not design but buys designs.
4. Manage deliverables, test assumptions, challenge outcomes, and provide direction actively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transport, or equivalent.

Experience: 10-15 years of professional experience in Mobility (preferably in a development company).

Additional Requirements:

Experience/knowledge of challenging topography is critical, as our project site sits in a valley surrounded by hills and mountains, presenting various challenges.
