A leading company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Learner Experience Senior Manager to enhance the learner journey in sales and leasing programs. This role focuses on creating engaging educational experiences, managing learner engagement initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure world-class outcomes. Job Purpose
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. Strategic objectives include ensuring the development of sales and leasing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team within the organization, ensuring consistency across projects, supporting the ongoing training & development of sales and leasing team members, and providing guidance and support as it relates to implementation of procedures and tools.
The Sales & Leasing PU develops and manages policies and procedures, standardized documents and templates, sales and leasing tools, and sales and leasing operations. The unit will also develop and manage an online Learning Hub that will have sales and leasing curriculum as its core function. The unit will further develop and manage the sales and leasing customer journey to support the requirements for sales and leasing of each of the asset class development Business Units, including CRM, digital tool requirements and experience center requirements and ongoing management of the Sales and Leasing operations. The Sales & Leasing PU team will also provide current market intelligence and benchmarking as required to support the sales and leasing team.
The Learner Experience Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the learner journey within our sales, leasing, and real estate programs. Focusing on creating an engaging, supportive, and enriching educational atmosphere, they will collaborate with various stakeholders and senior leadership team to ensure learners receive a world-class relevant and innovative skill building experiences. This Senior Manager’s innovative approach to student engagement and retention strategies will be key in fostering a vibrant learning community that meets the diverse needs of our client population.
Role Description

Strategic Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive learner experience strategy that aligns with the Learning Hub’s goals and objectives in line with Qiddiya’s overarching mission.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance learner satisfaction and retention.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually refine and innovate the learner experience strategy.
Operational Responsibilities
• Design and oversee the execution of learner engagement programs, workshops, and events that promote a strong sense of community among the learners.
• Manage resources and budgets for learner experience initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to integrate learner experience considerations into curriculum development and delivery.
• Implement systems for tracking and evaluating learner outcomes to measure the effectiveness of learner experience strategies.
• Support in soliciting feedback from participants, instructors, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in online education to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training programs and learner experience
Leadership Responsibilities
Learner Engagement
· Develop strategies to boost learner engagement, ensuring the experience aligns with real estate professionals' needs and expectations.
· Lead collaboration with instructional designers, content creators, and IT to integrate content, technology, and learner services seamlessly.
· Manage the learner journey from onboarding to course completion, using feedback and data to continuously improve the experience.
· Mentor and support a team of learner support professionals, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to assist learners.
· Use learner analytics to assess and improve learning experience, providing insights to guide strategic direction.
Team Management
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning experience associates and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
· Cultivate a positive working environment that encourages open communication, inclusiveness, and professional growth.
· Set clear objectives and performance standards for team members, conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Resource Allocation:
· Manage budgets, expenses, and other resources in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required
Essential (must have to perform the role)
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, Humanities, HR or a related field in Human Services; Master’s degree will be preferred.
· 9 - 12 years of experience in e-learning platforms, learning institutions or similar roles.
· Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learner engagement and experience strategies.
· Good understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
· Skilled at using e-learning tools, and technologies relevant to online learning.
· High level of integrity, drive and intellectual curiosity.
· Sincere enthusiasm for Qiddiya generating a genuine strong commercial narrative.
· Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Solid interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.
· Excellent at working collaboratively with faculty, trainers, and administrative staff.
· Strong project organizational and project management skills.
· Strong analytical skills and verbal/written communication.
· Ability to build connections with a diverse population of participants.
