The Qiddiya Investment Company is revolutionizing the landscape of entertainment, sports, and arts in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as the Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading our IT infrastructure strategy and operations to ensure our technological resources are robust, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Infrastructure Operations: Lead the operational lifecycle and improve the design of cloud and on-prem infrastructure (Azure, GCP, O365, servers, databases), ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
2. Cloud Strategy & Hybrid Integration: Design and manage hybrid environments integrating on-prem systems with Azure and GCP, supporting seamless cloud adoption and service continuity.
3. Microsoft 365 Platform Oversight: Manage and secure services including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, Conditional Access, and M365 Compliance Center.
4. Server & Database Operations: Oversee Windows/Linux server infrastructure and database environments (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), ensuring performance, patching, and backups.
5. Security & Compliance Implementation: Implement security controls and compliance policies in alignment with corporate governance.
6. Automation & Monitoring: Deploy and manage automation scripts and monitoring tools to ensure proactive operations and incident prevention.
7. Cost & License Optimization: Analyze and optimize cloud costs, licensing models, and subscriptions for efficiency, budget, and contract control.
8. Project Delivery: Lead infrastructure projects and collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
9. Documentation & Standardization: Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure standards for consistent operations and audit readiness.
10. Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor technical teams, manage escalations, and provide expert guidance on complex infrastructure challenges.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, along with relevant certifications and a solid grasp of NCA Cloud Capability Classification and cloud security frameworks.
