Job description

Introduction:

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and strategic Senior Manager - Implementation to plays a key role in supporting the successful rollout of development strategies across specific districts and/or workstreams within the Master Development Unit (MDU). The role focuses on implementation planning, coordination, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with the Integrated Development Schedule (IDS) and MDU priorities. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge of infrastructure development are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and update of implementation plans for active and inactive districts and/or MDU-led workstreams
  • Coordinate implementation models and reports to ensure consistency across districts and alignment with the overall IMS
  • Manage interfaces and interdependencies across MDU functions, district teams, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly dashboards and executive-level implementation reports; analyse trends and recommend corrective actions where needed
  • Collaborate with MDU Planning, Risk, and Reporting teams to support unified oversight and issue resolution
  • Participate in workshops, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts led by the MDU core team

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in project implementation or management roles, preferably in large-scale development projects

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in large-scale development or infrastructure delivery, ideally in a master developer or PMO setting
  • Strong grasp of development phasing, infrastructure readiness, and construction logistics
  • Skilled in stakeholder coordination, with clear and effective communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 and Power BI is a plus
