Key Accountabilities:
- Participate in the development of all relevant cybersecurity policies, processes, and standard operating procedures related to identity and access governance to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Lead the development and enhancement of Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks, methodologies, and standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g., Zero Trust, NIST).
- Oversee the implementation and operation of IAM tools (e.g., IAM platforms, SSO, MFA, PAM), and supervise configurations to protect against unauthorized access and insider threats.
- Coordinate with IT and business units to enforce role-based access controls (RBAC), privilege principles, and access certification processes across systems and applications.
- Ensure the continuous monitoring, auditing, and reporting of identity-related activities to detect anomalies, access violations, and compliance gaps.
- Lead the response to identity-related security incidents, including account compromises and privilege escalations, and oversee root cause analysis and remediation.
- Assist in coaching junior staff in IAM-related tasks and ensure knowledge transfer to build internal capabilities.
- Support the secure design of IAM architecture across on-premise and cloud environments, coordinating integration with enterprise systems.
- Coordinate the resolution of audit findings and the implementation of corrective actions related to IAM policies, controls, and enforcement.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related discipline is required
- Advanced English language proficiency is required.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of eleven years work experience with at least five of which in a relevant function and four years in supervisory roles.
