Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and passionate Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning our people strategies with business objectives, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry. Your expertise in human resources will be instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR guidance and support on all people-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance business performance.
  • Manage employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, and experience with HR analytics.
