Summary :
What You’ll Do for Us :
- Partner with Franchise operational finance leaders, Operational Finance Lead and Operating Unit CFO to support Franchise and / or local customer activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including : Support franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local levelPrepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiationsQuantitative and qualitative local Bottler / Customer infoAssess Financial implications and models on new ARTM and optimization of current value chain
- Support all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise, including : Execution of business models optimization and system top line growthAssessment and segmentation by Franchise Unit (Fixed vs hybrid vs incidence)Pricing negotiations at Franchise levelDevelop, implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chainBring margins discipline to operational business decisionsTrack margins objectives at Franchise levelLeverage the network and execute locally Global margin strategy
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions and Revenue growth Management : Support ad hoc M&A analysis and assessment at Franchise levelSupport the financial implementation of new business modelsSupport Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at Franchise level
- Analyze and Support Working Capital and Cash Management : Support Working Capital Optimization initiatives at Legal Entity / Franchise levelCash management optimization AnalysesSupport Optimization actionsInteract with local stakeholders (I.e : franchise general Managers)
- The role will be also part of a dynamic, flexible and agile Franchise Finance talent pool, focused on the highest priority initiatives in other or across (all) Franchises.
Qualifications & Requirements
- More than 9 years of leadership experience i n senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles
- Leadership and management experience , as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Preference for Saudi Nationals
- In depth understanding different business systems and business processes
- Ability and desire to build strong relationships across the Franchise System
- Advanced excel skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team
- Capable of articulating complex problems in a simple manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent English level
