The Senior Manager Finance Technology will oversee the Horizon and Ramp-up phases of financial technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while delivering value-driven solutions.

Manage the technology transition and implementation of financial systems, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology strategies in the finance domain, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Lead and mentor a team of finance technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of finance technology initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate their potential application within the organization's financial operations.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting to ensure project milestones are met and resources are effectively allocated.

Enhance data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across financial systems.
