Reporting to: Director, Fan Community & Social Media
Job Purpose
The Senior Manager Fan Marketing China will be a key driver in shaping and executing fan engagement strategies across China, ensuring alignment between global and local market needs. This role is responsible for stakeholder management across the foundation, PMO, and external partners, leading media rights negotiations, influencer partnerships, and digital fan engagement initiatives. The role demands a deep understanding of Gen Z communication trends, Chinese digital platforms, and Esports/Gaming marketing strategies to enhance the Esports World Cup’s presence in the region.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in fan marketing, community engagement, or digital marketing, preferably within the Esports, gaming, or entertainment industry.
