Senior Manager/Director - Transformation Architecture - Business Consulting

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in Business Consulting, you will be part of a team that helps clients solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues by architecting solutions for complex problems. Your focus will include translating strategy, redesigning operating models, transforming operations and processes, and improving overall business performance.

You will be expected to define problems, hypothesize solutions, facilitate client discussions, present proposed improvements, perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purposes, and consolidate findings to support implementation activities. Our consultants also support business development, proposal writing, and knowledge building activities.

The Opportunity:

EY is looking for Transformation Architecture Consultants to join our expanding Business Consulting team in Riyadh, with regional responsibilities, at the rank of Director.

Your responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy - assist clients in developing long-range, multi-year growth options and strategic recommendations.
2. Strategic Planning – design sustainable processes and tools for effective strategic and initiative investment planning.
3. Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design - help clients reduce costs and change enterprise structure, governance, and metrics.
4. Value driver-based decision support - identify enterprise value drivers and translate them into planning and decision-making frameworks.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Degree in Business Management or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in areas such as new business launch, business model innovation, enterprise operating model design, and sector-aligned Transformation Architecture.
• Post-graduate degrees and/or professional qualifications are encouraged.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proactive, innovative, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of English, report-writing, and presentation skills.
