This role will involve extensive collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that our development initiatives are successfully delivered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of infrastructure and utility assets, ensuring adherence to the company’s vision and standards.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in Civil Infrastructure design management.
• Coordinate district and city level implementation planning and approvals.
• Take project through design, approvals, procurement, and delivery phases.
• Support with strategy development as SME.
• Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to inform investment decisions and project designs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, to guide the successful execution of real estate initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to create innovative and sustainable real estate solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and community organizations.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster professional development among team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement in real estate development practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in infrastructure and utlitiy asset development, with a strong emphasis on project management.
• Experience in full project life cycle.
• Practical Problem-solving approach.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects from conception to completion.
• Experience in the Middle East real estate market is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
