We are seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics with deep experience in data science, data warehousing and BI. This role will lead a team of data analysts and analytics engineers, shaping the direction of our data strategy and ensuring that business decisions are powered by reliable, scalable data infrastructure. You’ll be instrumental in driving data maturity across the company — balancing quick business wins with long-term architectural investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analytics engineers, data engineers and data scientist
• Oversee the development of the data warehouse and transformation layer (e.g., dbt)
• Define the vision for how data is structured, accessed, and used across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful insights and scalable data products
• Own key initiatives such as self-serve analytics, metric standardization, and data quality frameworks
• Establish best practices for data governance, reporting, and visualization
• Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools to democratize data access and empower stakeholders across the organization
