About The Role

Are you an experienced compliance professional dedicated to maintaining regulatory standards and advancing corporate governance?

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Compliance function, ensuring that we adhere to all regulations, bylaws, and internal instructions.

Reporting to the Audit Committee, you will design and implement a risk-based compliance framework, working closely with the Enterprise Risk Management team. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of regular compliance reports for Senior Management, highlighting key activities and risks while providing strategic advice related to compliance matters.

You will also be accountable for establishing and developing the Compliance Unit by creating comprehensive policies and procedures. Developing and executing compliance training programs across all levels of the organization will be integral to fostering a culture of compliance as the business evolves.

Furthermore, you will monitor and improve the effectiveness of the compliance function, using feedback from audits and assessments to enhance compliance programs and processes.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in compliance or risk management, preferably within the aviation industry.

A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to the aviation sector is essential, along with proven experience in advocating for compliance and reporting to governing bodies. You possess the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, driving compliance initiatives forward.
