Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Commercial to lead our commercial activities within the RES250 project. This pivotal role will focus on driving the commercial strategy, managing partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the company's development goals. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the successful execution of our vision for a world-class entertainment and leisure destination.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to enhance project value and support the overall objectives of RES250.
  • Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring beneficial terms for the company.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate commercial considerations into project planning and execution.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and identify risks, proposing solutions to ensure targets are met.
  • Mentor and develop the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project progress and commercial activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in commercial management, particularly in large-scale projects related to real estate, entertainment, or construction.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive financial performance.
