In this essential role, you will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy across our exciting developments, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals while maximizing project profitability and effectiveness.


Responsibilities
  • Design and implement commercial strategies that support project delivery and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market assessment and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities pertinent to the commercial landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams to synchronize commercial activities with operational goals.
  • Prepare and evaluate bids, tenders, and proposals to secure lucrative contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and clients to ensure the best contractual arrangements.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, identifying any risks or challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering professional growth and development.
