Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and enhance project value.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate commercial objectives throughout all project phases from conception to delivery.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, clients, and partners to secure beneficial terms and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics, including budgets and forecasts, ensuring project objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Mentor and manage a team of commercial professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Prepare reports for senior management that outline commercial performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to support project success and align interests.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements, applying insights to enhance commercial approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, construction, or large-scale projects sectors.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing successful commercial strategies and managing project budgets.
  • Excellent financial analysis and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data.
