Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement commercial strategies that support project delivery and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market assessment and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities pertinent to the commercial landscape.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to synchronize commercial activities with operational goals.
- Prepare and evaluate bids, tenders, and proposals to secure lucrative contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, real estate, or construction sectors.
- Strong track record of formulating and executing successful commercial strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and financial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Proficiency in commercial software and project management tools.
