Role Overview

The Senior Manager will play a key role within the City Design Integration team at NEOM The LINE, reporting to the Director of City Design Integration. The focus is on overseeing design work related to city public open spaces and primary circulation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and city performance goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the management of public realm design activities, ensuring project requirements are met.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between the City Design Integration team and the Architectural Consultant.
  3. Supervise and guide the Architectural Consultant’s work to meet NEOM standards.
  4. Collaborate with urban, infrastructure, asset, and community design teams for seamless integration.
  5. Manage the design process, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  6. Coordinate with senior leadership to develop strategies for city public realm design.
  7. Engage with stakeholders to resolve design challenges and maintain cohesive city planning.
  8. Promote a collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in urban planning or architecture, especially in large-scale urban projects and public spaces.
  • Strong leadership, management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Deep understanding of architectural design principles for city assets.
