Role Overview

The Senior Manager is a key role within the City Design Integration team at NEOM The LINE, reporting directly to the Director of City Design Integration. This position oversees the design work by the City Asset Design Architect related to public open spaces and primary circulation, ensuring these elements meet client requirements and support the overall city performance.

What You'll Do
  1. Lead the management of design activities for the public realm, ensuring project requirements are met.
  2. Serve as the primary contact between the City Design Integration team and the Architectural Consultant responsible for these assets.
  3. Oversee the Architectural Consultant's work, providing guidance to align with NEOM The LINE's standards.
  4. Collaborate with other design teams to integrate public realm designs into the broader cityscape.
  5. Manage the design process from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
  6. Work with senior leadership to develop strategies for city public realm design aligned with NEOM's vision.
  7. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve design challenges and ensure cohesion with project objectives.
  8. Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
