Job description

TAM is a Saudi publicly listed company, specialized in digital solutions and advisory services for public and private sector clients, leading sustainable public transformation from strategy to execution. For over a decade, TAM has been the partner of choice for 50+ government entities. Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager, who is going to be responsible for all new client discussions and proposal development beyond our current client list. The role reports to the Managing Partner.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

  1. Define strategic goals, liaise with business partners and stakeholders, identify new business opportunities.
  2. Manage stakeholder expectations, requirements and identify how they can impact the business.
  3. Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and oversee growth projects.
  4. Coordinate department’s research on market insights, industry trends, competing organizations, customer demographics, new technologies and more.
  5. Generate sales projections and forecast revenue, in line with projected income.
  6. Create financial models, generate pitch decks, prepare fully-fledged proposals for higher-level staff to review.
  7. Set KPIs for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals.
  8. Report and propose interventions to leadership regarding business development and its way forward.
  9. Attend professional conferences and industry events for the purpose of lead generation.
  10. Manage full-cycle sales process and lead client negotiations.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 9+ years of proven track records in a similar position in management consultancy (or professional services) within a Business Development function.
  2. Extensive experience in sales development and client negotiations within a large, global organization.
  3. Bachelor's degree in a field such as economics, business management, information technology or a related discipline.
  4. Full professional command in English and Arabic.
  5. Ability to work in our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
