Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering the AMO Setup project, providing strategic leadership, client engagement, and coordination across multiple workstreams. Deep expertise in project delivery, asset management principles, and aviation sector experience are highly desirable. You will act as the main client contact, ensuring project alignment with expectations, best practices, and objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead project delivery from start to finish, ensuring scope and contractual compliance.
  2. Conduct asset management gap assessments.
  3. Guide and review workstreams for coherence and integration, including:
    1. Asset Lifecycle: Frameworks, strategies, lifecycle analysis, maintenance, and end-of-life planning.
    2. Asset Assessment & Investment Planning: Condition assessments, lifecycle costs, and investment prioritization.
    3. Asset Assurance & Performance Management: Monitoring, risk management, contract oversight, and operational procedures.
  4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders.
  5. Manage multidisciplinary teams and workstream leads.
  6. Ensure compliance with ISO 55001 and integrate best practices.
  7. Oversee project planning, risk, resources, and budgets.
  8. Review and approve strategic reports and policies.
  9. Serve as the escalation point for project issues.
  10. Provide executive reports and participate in governance reviews.
Role Requirements
  • 20+ years of experience, including leadership in large infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Experience in the aviation sector preferred.
  • Proven success in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 55001 and asset management best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Additional Skills
  • Experience with GCC region clients and public infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and enterprise transformation.
  • Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 are desirable.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
