Job Description

Responsible for assisting in the management of properties under Asset Management/Advisory Agreements. Contribute to engagements with Operators across the Hospitality Asset portfolio, participating in discussions and negotiations related to Hotel Management Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, Brand License Agreements, and Branded Residences Agreements.

Description
  • Assist with Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) discussions, negotiations, and formalization of agreements.
  • Help identify potential brands and operators for unallocated sites.
  • Serve as the liaison between Head Office and the commission for specific requirements.
  • Provide assistance across the organization and support peers as needed.
  • Perform other activities as required by the board, CEO, or relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the internal Asset Management team to ensure timely reporting of asset performance.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and Board of Directors reports for the assigned portfolio under AMA.
  • Ensure regular property visits and reporting to execute strategy effectively.
Profile

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in Asset Management with a focus on hospitality projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Additional professional certifications are a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
