Job description

Please note: This is a contract-based role in Riyadh and requires immediate availability.

TAM is a Saudi publicly listed company, specialized in digital solutions and advisory services for public and private sector clients, leading sustainable public transformation from strategy to execution. For over a decade, TAM has been the partner of choice for 50+ government entities. Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.

We are currently looking for a contractor Senior Manager to join our Advisory team, who is going to be responsible for full client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offerings.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

  • Build strong and long term relations with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues
  • Shape client’s agenda through understanding key pains and propose discussion points with TAM leadership
  • Take the full ownership of multiple projects concurrently
  • Structure the full scope of the project and defines the project’s specific approach, framework, and methodologies
  • Manage the full project plan, deliverables, resources and budget throughout the project lifecycle
  • Actively manage the client relationship during the project to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Drive business insight, conclusions and solid recommendations to address client’s issues
  • Lead the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery
  • Manage and develops team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching
  • Own client communications & relationship
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree (business-related majors are preferred)
  • History of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting (must have)
  • Successfully managed multiple and large-scale projects
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English both spoken and written
  • Full proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint
