Job description

Role Purpose: To Maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising staff.

Key Accountabilities:

·Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

·Meet maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

·Meet maintenance budget by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions

Maintain function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering

· Min 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing

Strong Expertise and Hands on Experience on Dairy and Juice Filling and Packing Machines (for bottles, cups, carton packages) involving High Speed and Complex end of line Automation

-Should be able to work on both mechanical and electrical aspects of the machines

-Strong Knowledge of Dairy Industry is a must
