Lucid Motors seeks a Senior Engineer, Wiring - LV Harness to independently resolve low-voltage harness issues across production, launch, and ramp-up. You will triage, investigate root causes, and develop corrective actions with verification, collaborating with Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires broad engineering knowledge, disciplined problem-solving, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant automotive product engineering experience.
• Experience in production, launch, and ramp-up environments.

Responsabilités

• Independently lead engineering issue resolution for low-voltage harness systems during production, launch, ramp-up, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Own engineering triage for production and field concerns, including problem definition, risk assessment, containment, root cause investigation, corrective-action planning, and effectiveness verification.
• Apply broad engineering knowledge and structured problem-solving to resolve LV harness issues across vehicle programs.
• Provide technical direction during plant escalations related to build, quality, supplier, and manufacturing disruptions, balancing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer impact.
