Position: Senior Logistics Business Development

Location: Saudi Arabia

Contract Duration: 3 Years

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Logistics Business Development professional with over 3 years of experience working with Odoo ERP. This role involves driving business development efforts in the logistics sector by leveraging Odoo to optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics processes and hands-on experience in customizing and implementing Odoo solutions for logistics management. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and tailoring logistics solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development activities, targeting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Utilize Odoo expertise to design and implement tailored logistics solutions with seamless platform integration.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver logistics management solutions such as warehouse management, inventory control, transportation management, and order fulfillment via Odoo.
• Analyze client needs and recommend optimal Odoo solutions to drive business value.
• Assist clients in streamlining logistics operations and improving operational efficiencies using Odoo.
• Manage Odoo implementation projects from a business development perspective, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and growth within the logistics industry.
• Stay updated on logistics trends, Odoo capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and training sessions to clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients to ensure clear communication of business requirements.
• Track progress on KPIs and sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in logistics, focusing on business development and Odoo ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes including warehousing, transportation, inventory, and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in customizing and implementing Odoo for logistics management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles of Odoo ERP implementations.
• Strong business development skills to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Odoo certification (functional or technical) is a plus.
