Title:

Senior/Lead Architect

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure as an architect.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Extensive experience in project management, including overseeing design processes from concept to completion.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, particularly in large-scale and complex projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design software, including MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies.

Leadership and Management Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and designers.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in GES+, Saudi Aramco projects, or similar.
• Membership in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects (AIA) or similar.
