The Sr Key Account Manager's mission is to drive GS Arabia sales with top customers to the highest profitable and efficient levels, aligned with company policies and market strategies.
Main Purposes of the Job:
- Develop long-term trust relationships with a portfolio of clients:
- Create value for both sides
- Drive profitable growth in commercial activities
- Position SEB as Category Captain in key categories and collaborate with Trade Marketing
Expand relationships with existing and potential customers through win-win collaborations:- Understand customer needs deeply
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust
- Manage financial topics and risks (payment, insurance)
Optimize revenues and profits:- Negotiate Annual Trade Terms contracts (BDA)
- Create yearly Key Account Plans by category
- Develop Joint Business Plans, including online and offline activities
- Balance regular and promotional business
- Optimize costs and ROI on marketing investments
Develop market share in SDA & Cookware categories:- Increase and control assortments
- Organize product training sessions with appropriate service
Forecasting and planning:- Lead forecast planning cycles with the demand team
- Ensure stock levels for promotions
- Contribute to product-specific forecasts
Implement product launches and marketing activities:- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
Reporting:- Conduct regular reports following company policies
Main Skills Required:
- University degree in Sales or Business Administration
- 6-10 years experience in sales/KA management in FMCG, Consumer Durables within multinationals
- Good knowledge of the KSA market and trade
- Result-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic
- Self-initiated and highly independent
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong data analysis skills to generate insights and actions
