Amazon has an immediate opening for an IT Engineer in one of our Fulfillment Centers. Fulfillment Centers handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors, and ship them across the globe each day. The successful candidate will understand their areas of responsibility and manage changes effectively. You will build and operate infrastructure environments and provide critical input to ensure the platform is designed with operability in mind. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 4+ years experience with networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
• 4+ years support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in implementing or managing network security measures (e.g., Firewalls, ACLs, VPNs) in the last 4+ years.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with coding and scripting (please specify years of experience).
