Job Summary:
The Senior IT Enterprise Solutions Business Analyst is a key member of the IT team, responsible for aligning enterprise technology systems with business objectives to drive operational excellence and digital transformation. This role focuses on analyzing complex business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the design, implementation, and enhancement of major enterprise systems such as ERP (Oracle, SAP), IBM Maximo, and other strategic platforms. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative and sustainable technology solutions that improve business efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead the analysis, mapping, and redesign of enterprise business processes across departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement, HR, Logistics).
- Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed solution specifications for developers, solution architects, and vendors.
- Conduct gap assessments, feasibility studies, and impact analyses for new or modified enterprise solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive business process flows, use cases, test cases, and user stories.
Enterprise Systems Support
- Drive the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems including:
- ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP)
- Asset Management Systems (preferably IBM Maximo)
- Other strategic platforms supporting core business functions
- Ensure solutions are designed and delivered in alignment with business goals and IT architecture standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal IT teams, and solution architects to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.
Project Delivery & Change Management
- Support full project lifecycle activities including planning, UAT, go-live, training, change management, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor solution performance, analyze user adoption, and recommend improvements or optimizations.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and facilitate workshops for key users and stakeholders.
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all IT solutions comply with relevant governance frameworks, internal policies, and external standards (e.g., ISO 20000, ISO 42001).
- Contribute to internal audits and documentation for compliance and certification purposes.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in business analysis or enterprise system implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
- Experience with Asset Management Systems, particularly IBM Maximo.
- Exposure to core business domains: Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, Logistics.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach.
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or other process modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in documentation, user manuals, and requirement specification writing.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) is a plus.

- Experience in port operations, logistics, or supply chain industries
- Working knowledge of data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) for analysis and reporting
